We also offer one-time cleaning services for special occasions or deep refreshes.

How are prices determined?Our cleaning prices are tailored to each client based on several factors, including location, home size, pets, type of cleaning, frequency of service, and the overall condition of the space. Pricing also reflects the supplies and equipment needed for your specific cleaning needs. We offer a walkthrough consultation to discuss all factors and provide a personalized quote. Please note that additional requests, such as organizing, dishwashing, or laundry services, may incur an extra charge.

What are your hours of operation?Our regular hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. However, we understand that every client has unique needs, and we are happy to accommodate special requests. We welcome new clients and can typically schedule services within three days. For commercial spaces requiring cleaning before or after business hours, we are happy to arrange a convenient time upon request.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?For our residential cleaning services, we provide all necessary cleaning products and equipment to ensure a thorough and high-quality clean. However, we also offer a 5% discount if you prefer us to use your own cleaning products. For our commercial cleaning services, we supply all required cleaning products and equipment to maintain a professional and hygienic workspace. If you have any specific product preferences or requirements, please let us know—we’re happy to accommodate your needs!

What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. This policy helps us fairly compensate our team for their time and ensures we continue to provide reliable service to all our clients.
