Booking the Walkthrough

Before Booking a Walkthrough:

  • Walkthroughs are free of charge

  • Typically 30+ minutes

  • It is preferred the client is onsite for the walkthrough

When Booking a Walkthrough:

  • Booking can be completed online or over the phone

    • Check residential or commercial

    • Pets

    • Preferred time of day/week 

    • Brief description of the requested work  

    • Anything else you'd like us to know

Completing the Walkthrough

What to Expect During the Walkthrough:

  • Meet and greet

  • Effective communication of needs of service

    • Problem areas​

    • Scheduling

    • Measurements of service areas

    • Active note taking

    • Preferred products and equipment

    • Types of materials

    • Methods and products

  • Type of things we look for​

    • Types of flooring

    • Parking and entry

    • Area usage

    • Number and type of pets

    • Number of residents

    • Allergies 

  • Questions and Answers

After the Walkthrough

  • Develop a scope of work and checklist

    • Individualized ​based on needs

    • ​Product and equipment list

    • Gameplan and checklist

    • Schedule and future service​

  • Propose an estimate

    • Estimates will be verbally confirmed with the client 

    • Estimates will also be electronically sent to be confirmed 

    • Once signed the estimate becomes a quote

    • Invoices will be sent electronically and can be paid online or in person

Reoccurring Services

Reoccurring Cleanings Do:

  • ​Require a cancelation and rescheduling if needed​

Reoccurring Cleanings Don't:

  • Require a walkthrough 

    • Unless​ the scope of work is changed

  • Require the client onsite​​​
